Well, you asked for it, and here it is. It only took me two takes to get it recorded, but getting it edited and online was another story! It never occurred to me that there was a limit on length of videos on You Tube, so I spent quite a while breaking it up into parts, but I think it looks pretty good for my first attempt.
I hope you will find it somewhat helpful. Keep in mind that this is only one of very many ways to make watermarks, but I've had so many inquiries about my "fancy" one that I thought some of you might find it useful.

awesome tutorial!! thank you so much for this!!!
This is a brilliant tutorial ! Wish I had Photoshop but I'll look for something I can use on my Mac. I think your uploading right now, but I'll have to read in the morning I'm off to bed now it's just past midnight here ! Thanks again.
wonderful tutorial! cindy, i watched several videos on watermarking and your wins hands down!
thank you so much! and i subscribed to you on youtube, in case you do more videos!
OMG THANK YOU so much!!! This was exactly what I've been wanting to do for a long time now. I don't have photoshop, I have paint.NET but it's close enough that I was able to do what I wanted to do. Not as fancy as yours, but I got a good enough watermark to use now! You ROCK lady.
A big "thank you" Cindy...your tutorial is excellent!!! Can't wait to work on my watermark. One question... my laptop does not have a number pad on the right side..so how can you create the copyright symbol without it?

Terry, you don't actually need the symbol. Just type in "copyright" and the year and your name, then you're covered. There are plug-in USB number pads that you can buy for about $10, but not sure it's worth it for just making a watermark. Maybe ask your friends if anyone has one you can borrow. Otherwise, don't sweat it! It's not vital. :)
Thanks Cindy for the info...it is greatly appreciated!! Working on my watermark now!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your tutorial was very well done and easy to understand. I followed along with you to create my own and finally learned so much more about how to even use PSE. You should do some more PSE tuts also. :-)
Thank you! Your blog post will be advertised on the CraftCrave Blog Cutting Freebie search engine today (look for timestamp: [01 Feb 02:00pm GMT]).
Cindy, thank-you so much for sharing the info you have on copyright...the videos are amazing easy to follow. I am planning to be sure to do this!
Watched on my phone so will need to rewatch at the computer but it was very well done. I have read some of the drama from the past week and like that you did something positive to share with all. I am learning so much from all of those talented enough to share and thank you for being patient with those like me who are just trying to absorb all the great info and direction.
Thanks again

I might be able to do this.

thanks for the chance to win a cricut cart, and thanks for sharing your wonderful cards.
Cindy, I was getting ready to post something on my blog directing folks to your copyright post .. but thought I'd better ask your permission first since this was kind of a personal experience for you. Thanks, Sandi Clarkson from the Cricut MB.
Fantastic video tutorial. I'm leanring Photoshop and this is a great tool to add to my PSD files. Thanks so much for sharing.
