In my last post, I showed you a video about a new flexible stylus that wraps around your finger. Sounds like a great idea to me! I can feed my mat and paper into the Cricut, or do other things in my craft room, and the stylus will still be attached to me so I don't set it down and promptly lose it under a pile of scrap paper. Even more appealing to me, my hand won't cramp after a couple of hours of designing on my Gypsy.
There was lots of talk over on the Cricut.com message boards about where to find them, and several ladies were able to find them at game stores, but they either came with the clear Gameboy shield as in the picture that I posted previously, or they came in a pack with 2 other regular stylus. Well, last night I stumbled on a post (sorry I can't remember who posted it) that said the inventor herself was taking orders for individial ones online with free shipping, and she takes credit cards and Paypal. I promptly went to her site and ordered one for just over $8!
Everyone who has already used it has been singing its praises, so I'm psyched about getting mine! I will let you know how I like it when I do. In the meantime, if you want to order one, go to her site, ThumbStylus to order. I don't know how long she's offering the free shipping, so you might want to check it out ASAP. If you already have one, please leave a comment here so we can see what you think of it!

I did get one in the package with 2 other straight styluses (sp?) - I don't have a Gypsy yet, but I got this for a friend who just had carpal tunnel surgery and thought this might help her! I will be taking it to her on the 16th to a swarm and I'll let you know if it does help her!

Cindy, Thank you for letting us know of your blog--I am so happy for you that it has taken off so well--I love your ideas and I know I will be a very frequent visitor to your blog--I love the new flexible stylus too.
this is my first view of your blog and it is GREAT! So much information that I thought I was up on, but not nearly so! thanks for all the info..
I love the idea of a flexible stylus. I have seen them for the DS but never thought about using for my gypsy.
I don't know a lot about the Gypsy and haven't wanted to invest in one. My budget went to the purchase of the Expression. But I'm sure I'll be looking into it at some point. I know most who have them love it.
Cindy, I love all of your files. I plan to set up my storage of cartridges like yours. Keep sharing, we are loving it.

Thanks so much for sharing all of your wonderful ideas. You have no idea how much it helps those like me that don't have a creative bone in their body. Love the stylus.
Just got my Cricut Expression for Christma, unexpectedly, and just ran across your blog on Facebook. LOVE IT! Thanks for all the tips and great ideas for Cricut. Great starting place for a newbie!
I just tried leaving a post but I don't think it worked. Anyway, I like your blog, it looks very nice and you have some great photos of awesome things you've made. Keep up the good work! Ruthie

Hi Cindy, I am not sure how I found your blog. I bookmarked it a while ago and just got back to take a closer look. Um, it's fabulous!! Thanks for all the tips (just ordered a flexible stylus). I just got my Gypsy this week and am loving it but already noticing that I put the stylus down often and am looking for it.
Hello Cindym Thanks for all the tips (I just placed my ordered on the flexible stylus).

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have 4 regular styluses and even tied one to the easel I put my G on when I am cutting - and I still can never find or reach one when I need one!! I ordered mine tonight!!
Thank you for sharing so generously with those of us who have less talent. I ordered the stylus for me and my grandson (DSi). Keep sharing.
